Workforce Quality Coordinator Christi Villegas is Working Smart, Doing Good with the Young Adult team in Dallas, Texas.
Christi goes out of her way to create desk aids and tools that assist the Young Adult team with learning their job responsibilities. With new staff, Christi’s willingness to provide technical assistance and policies for clarification is always appreciated.
